We actively choose locations that are easily accessible by public transport and promote shared travel options for guests and crew. Whether it’s encouraging carpooling or using electric shuttle services — every kilometer counts.
RE-USE & RE-PURPOSE
Why buy when you can borrow — and why throw away when you can reimagine? We prefer hiring over purchasing and, when we do invest in materials, we always look for ways to give them a second life. Think donation, recycling or reusing across multiple events.
LOCAL & LOW-WASTE CATERING
We work with caterers who source locally and seasonally — reducing food miles and supporting regional producers. To avoid waste, we use smart online registration tools to manage headcounts and dietary needs efficiently. Fewer no-shows, less food waste, more conscious catering.
